solving the box problem

So what did you do with your box this week?
The CSA box this week was a combination of the familiar and the confounding. I think even a vegetable as seemingly ubiquitous as swiss chard can sometimes be buried in the back of the refrigerator for lack of an interesting way to prepare it. I'd like to hear what our CSA members have to say. What did you do with the daikon? Do you have a fennel recipe that just can't miss? What's your favorite way to prepare greens? tomatoes
fennel
daikon radishes + tops
swiss chard
carrots
arugula
cucumber
tomatillos or summer squash
